Salon Nine:Sixteen

Sara was great. She listened carefully to what I was requesting and made sure it was what I wanted every step of the way. The turnout was spot on! Inwas very satisfied.

This was my first time coloring my hair, so I booked the owner because I thought she’d have a better chance of doing well. I was wrong. All I asked for was simple highlights and my hair was stretchy and had a brassy undertone. After about a month, I’ve lost so much hair just from breakage and ended up just getting it cut short and dying it close to my natural color :(

There’s nothing worse than a bad haircut when you have short hair. You would think the owner would know what she’s doing. I went in for a wispy bob and came out with a pixie cut from hell. Had another salon fix most of the mess Sarah made. Stylist couldn’t believe how uneven EVERYTHING was. Can’t even fix the back because Sarah chopped my hair off right ON the hairline and even that’s crooked. I’m absolutely devastated and wear a hat everywhere I go now. Giving 1 star to the owner of this salon is too many and I would highly recommend NO ONE see the owner of this salon AT ALL!!

I love the detail that the owner puts into my hair. She is very talented! The atmosphere is fun, the salon is decorated in a trendy way, and I have gotten my hair done to my liking every time. Definitely would recommend!

The owner of salon nine:Sixteen has been giving me and my family a haircut for almost 4 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I consider her a friend. The whole staff is great and take their time when it comes to your hair and needs. I highly recommend giving the place a try, you won't regret it.
