WOW!! walked in straight from taekwondo down the road and they were able to see me for a quick trim. Super nice staff and the trim was amazing!! I felt bad I came in with sweaty hair from my class but they were very sweet and I left feeling so gorgeous! My new go-to spot for a haircut for sure. Very reasonable prices and a long list of services. I am extremely pleased with my experience and my haircut. Nice conversation as well, sometimes haircuts feel awkward but everyone there was lovely. Highly recommend popping in or making an appointment to get your hair styled here. Made my day :-) ☺️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My 13 year old daughter experienced her first hair cut, blow & straightening since COVID-19 started back in March. As well as her first with Peter, hair stylist. He is very professional, skillful and the staff are genuinely friendly! My daughter has a mixed of long, curly, wavy and frizzy hair, not an easy combination to work on. I was pleasantly impressed that he asked her questions, more importantly, listening to her requests and gave his professional feedback. He nailed it! Exactly what “every” teenager wanted! I had visited many different salons and got hair cut service. But I had the worst hair cut service at Salon Neo. The service that I got does not deserve to get any star. I still feel very bad for the service even after more than two months. When I had the appointment with Salon Neo in late March 2023, I asked the person over the phone whether they can cut my hair with layers because I have lots of hair. I was told "yes". When I got there, a senior women who does not understand English cut my hair into two distinct layers and charged me $90. The entire service was done silently without talking and smiling. All the people saw my haircut later agreed it was done by a person who does NOT know how to cut hair in layers at all. I am a super kind and grateful person but I feel I have to provide m

Always a pleasure to see Nancy, Peter, Nina. Place is always clean, they listen to you and cater to your needs, provides good input on hairstyles, etc. when asked. Been coming here for 10 years now and having moved out of Quincy years ago, I still end up coming here for a day of self-care. Now bringing my daughter in for hers. Would give 10 stars if Google allowed :)

Nice family owned salon. Very friendly folks, always cheerful. Very good at what they do. Wife was very pleased with their hair straighting work four years ago that she has been a repeat customer since and have referred other friend as well. It's located on the main Street making easy access. One might have trouble parking on a weekday but the side roads around should ease the problem.
