Salon Namoo - Redmond Hair Salon

I had a great experience. This is the first time I have gotten my hair professionally done and loved it. I got a perm and haircut and they did a great job with the length and texture. The staff were all very kind and thorough, making sure it looks perfect. I will definitely get my hair done here again.

This was my third time at the salon. I felt pretty good going in and showed a picture of my last cut as the reference photo. The hair stylist have just enough passable English to seem like they get the idea of what you want. I came on a Saturday at 5pm and they were busy. I was seated on the left end chair with people next to me. The person who washed my hair asked what cut I wanted (long face framing layers starting at my jaw) and communicated it to the hair stylist. However, when I left, my hair was lopsided, with rough layers near my chin that didn't flow with the rest of my hair, and a longer right side. I called when they were next open and made an appt for a week later to fix the hair. I came back first thing the following Monday morning and again vaguely believed the stylist unders

LOVE my new hair!! I got the straightening perm and a hair cut. It’s just like what I’d get in Korea if not better. Everyone at the salon is so sweet and kind. They make you feel so welcomed. I even got chocolates & coffee during my visit! What a gem - HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon!!

I went in for a trim on women’s blunt bob haircut (테슬컷). I even showed them a picture of how I want it - nothing crazy, just retain the style but shorten the length. I was truly appalled by the way they approached the haircut. I think the lady that cut my hair is the owner but she grabbed a comb as a guideline and just used a shaver to shave all the hair underneath pretty much the entire time. Even then, the length of the hair behind the neck was longer and much heavier than the hair in the front and there were spots that were uneven! I tried several ways to explain what she needs to fix and eventually gave up because she was not getting it. I ended up going to a different salon to fix my hair the next day and I was much more satisfied then. TLDR: Don’t go here if you want a trendy/attent

I had a haircut with Bliss and she was really great! I even asked her to cut my front baby hairs in a way I saw on social medial that helps cover up some patches and she knew exactly what I was talking about!! She gave me great layers and face framing! at first I was scared, I told her I haven’t had short bangs like this before (she did what I asked for!), but she reassured me and showed me how to style it and I seriously love it! Happy to have such a lovely salon in Redmond now!
