I’ve been to Melissa several times now and I have nothing but great things to say. She’s done both cut and color for me a few times and each experience has been exactly what I asked for. She’s always given me realistic expectations of the final outcome, provided advice and is generally just pleasant to work with. As a middle eastern with dark hair it’s always a bit nerve wrecking to go to a blonde specialist, but her skills certainly do not stop there. Would highly recommend her.

When I tell you Vivian is the best, I mean it! I’ve been going to Vivian for about four years now, and she is truly the best! She always does an incredible job with my haircuts and highlights. She listens, gives thoughtful suggestions, and goes above and beyond every single time. I always leave feeling so confident and happy with my hair. My most recent cut and highlights are a perfect example of her amazing work: natural, bright, and beautifully blended. I can’t recommend her enough!! The space is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and everyone is so friendly and professional. It’s always such a relaxing and enjoyable visit from start to finish. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! (The 2 pictures are from my most recent hair cut, and another one from a few months ago!)

I had the best experience and it’s all thanks to Melissa! It’s always a little nerve-wracking to see a new stylist, but she made me feel so at ease. Not only did she do an amazing job on my hair, but we had fun. My goal was to find a stylist who could not only slay my hair, but be someone I enjoyed spending a couple hours with. She’s funny, energetic, talented, professional, and just so good at her job! Highly recommend!

I'm so grateful to have found Vivian! She's been wonderful in helping me grow out my hair and achieve the color I wanted (redheads, or wannabe redheads - she's your gal, trust me!). Welcoming environment, flexible, and kind. Melissa has styled my hair for a special event and is also great to work with. Everyone here is down-to-earth and genuinely care about the client experience. Wishing these ladies nothing but continued growth and success.

The atmosphere is calm , inviting & comfortable with fantastic windows & natural lighting from their corner loft. Providing one on one time, no rush the upmost professionalism as well. Melissa knows color and I got the best haircut I’ve had in 20 yrs🤷🏻‍♀️. I live 1 hour away and it is worth it every time. I could easily go to millions of places in the North Suburbs but just worth it!!!
