Carly did a wonderful job trimming my hair short today as I start the process of growing out my natural gray. She was so encouraging and positive about it, which meant a lot to me. The cut looks great and feels fresh and easy to manage. I really appreciated her support and attention to detail — highly recommend!

I had a very important wedding coming up needless to say I was not happy with the services,by the time I got to the wedding,my hair was falling out and I had to have the stylist at the wedding fix my hair.I had to go home and redo my makeup cuz it was just awful.....took someone with me theirs was okay but not worth $100 a piece. I have had my hair and makeup done at this salon for 3 weddings in the past 3 years. I have had no complaints until this last time. Hair was good. But the makeup. Terrible. Every girl in the bridal party even the BRIDE had to redo their makeup. So after paying for makeup to be done, we had to stop somewhere, buy makeup, head back to the wedding venue to fix what we just paid for!

I very highly recommend Tanya at Salon Muse. I got the best haircut that I've gotten in years. Tanya knew exactly what I was asking for and cut it perfectly. I couldn't have been happier with the results.

I asked for 8 1/2 inches to be cut off. It was going to be just beyond my shoulders. The stylist rough chopped my hair, making my hair way shorter than I was expecting or hoping for. I even told her i measured it out, showing her where it would fall. I suggested measuring. She didn’t. She ended up cutting off different lengths (between 9-12.5 inches) causing my hair to be 4-5 inches shorter than expected. She blow dried my hair partially, to the point i had to ask her to fully dry it and straighten it so i could see it done. The cut was $45 and includes a style, so not sure why i had to ask for it. The thing that makes this worse is the last time i went there, about 2 years ago, a different stylist cut my hair. I asked her for 3 inches off and she ended up cutting off 6. I had to go back a
