Buyer Beware. I’m so disappointed to be writing this but the salon has offered truly no other option. I’ve been seeing the same specialist for my curls for about a year. I was happy with the cut, but never the way the stylist would style which I thought would be a non issue as I was the one doing the styling 99% of the time. In May I decided to lighten my hair with an end goal of almost salt and pepper. I have quite a bit of red in my hair and knew this likely couldn’t be accomplished in a single session. $300+ later I was happy with the dimension and was on my way. 4 months later as I’m ready to cool things down for the fall I spent quite of bit of time and effort providing details and physical references. Each one showing a cooler dark brown, and lots of bright blonde pieces. After 2+

Feel so disappointed after my style. I'm standing in my brother's wedding today and my hair is flat and looks unstyled. I'm going to try and redo it but still so disappointed this was over $100. Photos are from within the hour of leaving the salon and without touching it yet to try and fix it.

Anita hooked it up! I do this thing where I think I can color my hair at home, and end up destroying my natural color. I went to a salon near me to get my botched Baylage fixed but was underwhelmed by the results. The other salon was very kind and did a good job blending, but my hair was still brassy and orange. Thankfully, I found Anita who considered all my concerns and knew just what to do to get my hair looking more natural and vibrant. She is very kind and made sure I was happy with the results.
