My appointment with Monica was yesterday asked could I put leave in conditioner to keep my curls looking good . The day of the appointment the hair dye was burning my scalp so bad I told her and she said it’ll go away the whole 1 hour 30min first step burned the whole time so did the 2nd round of dye Monica didn’t not take my concerns seriously and treated me like a child I’m an adult she asked my age as if it had anything to do with my scalp burning . Even after the rinse it burned for a while . She rushed the whole silk press process burning me consistently. After apologizing she kept speeding up and burning my head . Overall the color came out too light and I was charged full price with no advice on how to maintain the color. Monica over booked her self leaving me unheard and under care

Tammi at MJ2 is the real deal. My daughter has THICK hair and Tammi gave her the most beautiful twists. Tammi took the utmost care of her and we will definately be coming back! Her communication and professionalism is top tier. I could not recommend Tammi more highly!

Tammi is the best! She is a great stylist and is very knowledgeable on healthy hair care. I love my new haircut and silk press! It was my first time seeing her and I am I glad I chose her. She gave me guidance on growing and maintaining healthy hair and she also had some encouraging words. Her aura is very calming. I will definitely be back, my next appointment is already scheduled!
