I’ve been a client of Hana Tchang for 3 1/2 years and have always appreciated her work, which makes this experience especially disappointing. During my most recent appointment, I clearly explained the color and style I wanted, yet the result was very different from what we discussed. When I raised my concerns, Hana was dismissive and unwilling to fully correct the issues, offering to fix only a small portion of my hair. With that being said, I specifically mentioned that I didn’t want red, yet red is all over the hair. Secondly, I stated I did not want a money piece, yet there is a very large chunk of blonde in the front. Thirdly, I asked for highlights and low lights for it to be blended and dimensional. Never asked for chunky look. With taking that all into consideration, I would say

I have been going to Kelsey Howard for years to get my hair done. She is amazing and has been able to get my hair to do things I could only dream of. She is incredibly talented and very nice. I moved to Connecticut almost 10 years ago and always make sure I see her when I'm home, she is by far the best stylist I've ever had, on both coasts. I could not recommend her enough ❤️

I use Hana Tchang. Excellent colorist as well as hair cutter. I have curly hair. My husbands thinning with cal licks. She does both perfectly. Nice ambiance and lots of parking. Easy to reach. Highly recommend

Erin is amazing! She has been cutting and coloring my hair for over 20 years. She's a true artist and keeps me looking fabulous.

I love this salon! Everyone is so friendly. It's clean and trendy but small enough to feel intimate. I see Dawniel for cuts and color and I highly recommend her!
