I mean seriously? Look at my nails. I can paint my own and do a far better job. And this was after I pointed out several fixes to make...eventually I just gave up. This was actually a redo from a previous bad experience...I scheduled it with a different nail tech this time and I STILL had a horrible manicure. Terrible service every time. The nail techs just don’t care. They’re too busy chatting. It’s like they’re not even looking at what they’re doing. I walked out without tipping because if she doesn’t care, I don’t either. For a nice and costly salon, you’d think the experience would be at least better than one of those strip mall locations—but it’s actually worse. Two (sloppily painted) thumbs down!

Went in for a "consultation" but she immediately cut 2" off without even discussing it with me. After I told Abby I bought a Groupon she charged me an additional $115....for what im not sure. She tried to talk me out of what I wanted then proceeded to basically argue with me that what I wanted wasn't what everyone else does...🙄 The low-light color I wanted was NOT what I received, I even had to go back 2 days later to fix what she did to my hair......color and obvious streaks that weren't even the same on either side. I couldn't wear my hair up in my usual style and actually had to wear a hat for 2 days it was so bad. My hair is now so fried I have to wait weeks for it to get to a point to where it's safe enough (not for it to fall out/break) to have someone else actually fix what she

First of all, it is very dark in the shop. We all know you need white bright light to do highlights and color. I asked the hairdresser to please place my highlights close to my roots. Not only once, but twice. Most of my highlights were left 3/4 of an inch down. She took all foils out at one time, leaving the front of my head blonde, and the sides and back r orange/red. . Never checked to see if the back or sides needed to process a little longer. Even not being a hairdresser, I know you have to check highlights, in other areas, for all area do not lift In the same amount of time.

Wonderful first time visit! Place is chic and clean. Love the boutique layout and the friendliness of the staff. Got a gel mani from Groupon. I didn’t know the owner, Abby, was working on me until almost the end. She was sweet, caring and a perfectionist on my nails. She covered my little cut with Neosporin & a bandage so it wouldn’t burn as she took off my nail polish. I’ve been looking for years for a nail salon I can rely on, and I found it!! I can’t wait to go back!

The owner has been my hair stylist for several years. In my last visit she was to do my usual color touch up with highlights and a trimme. When When I returned home I discovered the highlights which were done exceptionally poorly, my hair looked terrible. I texted her about my dissatisfaction. Abby not only refused to fix it she was extremely unprofessional and frankly rude, insulting and beyond disrespectful. Ill never use her again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else should either.
