Salon Meraki & Spa

I was really disappointed with my experience at this salon. They maintain a “do not serve” list, and clients can apparently be added to it without any clear explanation or valid reason. From what I observed, it seems like personal bias may play a role rather than clear, consistent policies. What made it even more uncomfortable is that this list is very visible from the front desk, which feels extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to client privacy. There was no clear communication about how or why this list is used. A business should be fair, transparent, and respectful with its clients, and this policy makes the environment feel unwelcoming. I wouldn’t recommend a place that operates this way.

I had a facial by Lisa at Salon Meraki. The massage bed was heated, the music was relaxing, the atmosphere was quiet. And my facial felt AMAZING! My skin feels so refreshed, the best it has felt in years!! That night, I slept well, it was the best sleep I had in months! I would highly recommend a facial by Lisa at Salon Meraki!!

Nice shop. Friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Alex for nails great job. Brittany did my hair. She did a great job too. They listen to what you want and I am back on track for my hair cut that I like. A shout out for Sierra too that I was scheduled with for being honest and telling me Brittany is great with the hair cut I wanted.

Sierra was amazing and took the time to learn my hair issues and fix it with color and highlights. I will definitely go back.

Had my first facial yesterday by Kristin and it was an amazing experience! She was so friendly and my skin feels wonderful! Sierra also does my hair and I won't go to anyone else! Highly recommend!!
