I had a really great experience here! I can't wait to come back for a second cut. I did the more expensive Ouidad cut which is imperative for curly/wavy hair, and Karen walks you through the whole process so you can replicate at home with the right products. Currently on day 2 and I have never had "second day" curly hair like this before, it looks so great. I never would have believed I could still have curls on Day 2 after styling. Karen was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'm excited to finally embrace my waves and wear my hair down more often. I'll be back for sure! Just a note to help people - the gps can be funky, so you want to look for Image Studios right next to Bartrams in the pizza.

Karen does such a great job! I have very thick, coarse, wavy, bendy difficult hair, but she has done wonders to tame it with her cutting and styling expertise. She makes my hair look amazing!

Karen was so warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She did an exceptional job with my highlights and cut - I have received SO many compliments. She was so fun to chat with and she took her time making sure my new do was everything I wanted, and more! She treated me like VIP. Would definitely recommend Karen!

I just came from seeing Karen and am so happy with the experience. I have been fighting my hair my whole life and just recently started understanding how to take of my hair.
