I asked for a short bob. The bob looked horrible so I asked her to just make my hair all one length. She then proceeded to make it into a shorter bob after I told her several times to just make it all one length. Now that I’m home I’ve noticed sever pieces of my hair that are still the length I had before she cut it. Never again will I go here. She still had the nerve to charge me $35.

Horrible place. Walked in there was no one waiting, of course there's one lady available watching tv. She didn't know what a fade was or a taper fade. She pulled out her phone and was asking me which cut it was and I had to explain to her in detail what a fade was. She then proceeded to ruin my hair I wanted 0 to 1 fade on my sides and small fade around my neck. She literally gave me a full 0 line around my head. She got really upset when I asked her if she had a cosmetology license to which she replied she was training for one. I asked her politely to end the session and charge me to which she did at $12. I didn't get a groom, trim, fade or wash and she had the audacity to charge me $12.. Never coming back, stay away from this place.

There's a hidden gem of a nail salon inside this place I would highly recommend visiting. Halo-Werks is what the nail salon business is called and that technician is absolutely amazing. She can really do anything but at ground level of her start up.

You will regret cutting your hair here! The guy who cut my hair messed it up so bad my hair was almost to my waist. It's almost up to my shoulders above my mid back NOT IN LAYERS. I showed him a picture of how I wanted it and asked him if he could. He assured he could. It was soposed to be in blended with layers and bangs!!! He cut it so un even you can see the scissors line NOT in layers like I asked and my bangs so uneven too! He cut them way to back. He seemed bothered every time I asked or made a comment about how he was cutting it. I have wavy hair so it helps but now I can't even straighten it anymore without being noticed how bad the hair cut is. Such a disappointment!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR A HAIRCUT.... Worst decision of my life. They do NOT know how to cut hair. Most of them on their phones all day. The lady messed up my hair and she KNEW she messed up and she still charged me 15 dollars for something that looked like my kid swiped the clippers thru my hair! No saben cortar pelo aquí.
