Avoid at all cost. Do not come here if you want your haid done correctly and professionally. The owner Thuy is very confident but only in words. She totally screwed up my hair attempting to give me highlights with the old fashion cap. As you can see the results in my photo shown,no highlights but 4 different blocked colors. When I reached out to her to fix my hair,she told me to come on Tuesday. I drove over 1 hour, arrived to the salon to find out the salon was closed. Had the nerve to curse me out on social media absolutely no apologies. Talk about unprofessionalism. On top of $250 plus $50 tip. This place is trash.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a salon close to my new place. This one had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. I came in for low lights and haircut, but was really open to having a conversation on what would look best on me. There was a significant language barrier, so I did not get any sort of consultation which is what I would expect when being charged $250+ for a service. I was not told pricing ahead of time, and none of the questions I asked or concerns I brought up were discussed or touched on at all. I told my hair dresser that I felt like we weren’t on the same page and I was feeling uncomfortable, but she went ahead and started coloring anyway. Great customer service. Asked for what I thought was a very simple cut, showed image. Did not get that cut. Growing it out but it looks not good. Still.

My visit to Salon M was a complete disappointment. Not only did my hair color fade within a week, but the lady who colored my hair was shockingly rude and disrespectful when I pointed out the issue. Paying $200 for a service should come with professionalism and courtesy, which were sorely lacking at Salon M. I won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to reconsider their choice of salon.

It is a fantastic hair salon. Fast,cheap,and quality cut-skills.here I strongly recommend it. Especially the hair designer ,whose name is Tran, was a very skilled barber.
