Salon LUXE

There is no zero star, so I have to give one star for their poor business. I booked an appointment on December 21th, and waited 9 days for my appointment for a haircut. Today, I went there on time and as soon as I showed the photo of pixie cut I wanted to have, the stylist (!) said ahe couldn't do it, did not feel confident with pixie cuts etc! Then I asked her to check with other stylists since I waited nine days to get this haircut done!!!! She offered me "trimming?!?!?!?!!" WTH lady, you have haircut on your list of services. It doesn't say trimmimg. When you list haircut, it can be any style haircut. If you can't do short haircuts then you make it clear on you website, or while making appointments! Best salon in town! I used to bounce from hair stylist to hair stylist but since meeting Jamie I have never been happier and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. She is so great about just knowing what will look the best on me. Her cuts are perfect, colors are fantastic. The salon is so cute and clean every time. You won't be disappointed.

Great experience getting my hair lightened. I had 3N dark brown hair. Lightened with a lived in bayalage and had absolutely no issues with the stylists, the products or anything. Great service, great wash stations and good vibes/atmosphere. Loved the positive affirmations in the restroom too! Very cute place!

I can’t say enough great things about my stylist at Luxe. I was scheduled with Austyn and I had the best experience. She listened, asked questions and completely understood exactly what I wanted. She absolutely slayed my hair and I couldn’t have been happier!! Thank you! 🙌🏼

I have been bouncing around from stylist to stylist for years now. I just had a cut with Anna and she is incredible! She asked for inspo photos beforehand and knew exactly what I was looking for going into it. She was extremely detailed with the cut and it is exactly what I wanted. I will absolutely be going back to her and recommend her and this salon!
