Salon Lola Paige

The Lola Paige is located on Coulter street of Amarillo,TX and it is very clean and has the best community and everything is done perfectly and highly clean, I fully recommend this hair salon.

I booked with Isela for the first time for a 3:30 appointment on Saturday, January 10. She let me know ahead of time that she was running about 20 minutes behind, which I was fine with and arrived accordingly. After arriving, I was told another 10 minutes, but I ultimately waited close to an hour past my original appointment time. During that time, it didn’t appear that things were wrapping up, so I had to leave. Although Isela apologized afterward, the apology felt surface-level and did not acknowledge the time I had already waited or the inconvenience caused. She deflected, stating the delay was due to “a very difficult client” before me, which felt unprofessional, especially knowing that future clients could just as easily be described the same way. I went to this salon for a wedding guest look and was left impressed not only by their service, but by their kindness! All the girls are fabulous, especially Isela!! Thank you for making me feel beautiful for a Texas Wedding!

I went to go get highlights done and the minute I walked in it felt unwelcoming. Me and my mom were waiting 15 minutes or so before my mom had to ask someone because no one was acknowledging us. The lady we asked went to go ask Stacy the lady we had scheduled an appointment , who told her that she was “not expecting anyone else” in a rude tone (she confirmed it previously) when she brought us over to a chair her whole energy was off and she gave the vibe she did NOT want to do my hair she kept giving my mom and I attitude and was sooo disrespectful, didn’t like what I wanted for my hair. I ended up just telling her nevermind. I don’t know much about hair but that’s not the way you treat someone who wants to pay $150+ to have their done. I do not recommend. Horrible customer service

when i called and booked my appointment, the salon was kind enough to accommodate my needs. i wear a hijab so i requested a room to get my hair cut or an area that wasn’t in window view. they were so nice to remember and got me into a room. i got my bangs cut by mita mallory. she was wonderful and chatted with me the whole time although this was our first time meeting. she was so kind. she made sure that we kept the appointment going until i was satisfied with the final look. she was just wonderful and i would definitely recommend her & this salon. the place is decorated beautifully. loved it.
