Salon Lofts

Since I've moved to Atlanta it's been extremely hard to find a stylist who genuinely care about the health of your hair. This will be the last time I'll be visiting Salon Lofts at this location. The stylist Rayna openly embarrassed me in front of a client about my hair thinning, asked me if I went to the Dr. and advise me not to do the protective style I requested. She ended up ONLY braiding my hair down charging me $75 total. Mind you, my mother in my hometown does hair and told me based off the pictures of my braids it appears as though the stylist just didn't want to do my hair. The braids are messy and uneven, nor did she offer to straighten my wig or to do any other styles after I asked her if there was anything she could do once she advised me not to do the protective style I wanted

I’ve found the Salon Lofts to be a mixed bag. I’ve been to 3 different locations and one thing I’ve noticed is that several of the stylists might not be using authentic products. I’ve seen them buying shampoo and conditioner from a man who walks around asking them what they want to get. Every time I get my hair done, my scalp itches like crazy and even develops crust. It’s sad because the style would be great if the products were any good.

I love it here! Had two different stylists but both did amazing jobs on my hair!! I love my hair!!

Kristin Gritzmaker has been my hair stylist for 3 years. She does amazing work and I highly recommend her. She took me from a red bob, to long blond locks and has kept my hair in the best shape, and its never looked better! Not only is she a great stylist, but the overall experience is very comforting and relaxing. she is terrific, go see her soon, She is in loft #20

Moved back in town recently and was looking for a hair salon or barber. Salon Lofts was around the corner and wanted to give them a try. Did not regret. Besides the wait at the front reception, Danielle did an amazing job on my hair and great customer service. Funny, prompt, detailed but still professional at the same time. Will be coming back soon!
