Made two appointments with a stylist for my two daughters to get a hair cut. Got the confirmations and reminders. Arrived to the appointment early text to check in and over 10 minutes after appointment to start received a text “sorry I’m sick” never advised not coming or nothing to reschedule nothing! Lack of courtesy and just unprofessional really I would have been totally fine if advised before showing up with two girls excited to get hair cut. Had to scramble to find something else. Just kinda crappy how to treat people.
This is a lovely, clean studio space. The experience of coming in to see a specific person in their own space is really nice, especially during coronavirus. If you are looking for an amazing tattoo, see Jess at Cicada Tattoo Studio. Her work is amazing, and this is such a comfortable, safe space to get a tattoo.
Amy is awesome. She is super flexible with scheduling and really listens. Here is my before and after!
