Salon Lofts

I have never had such an awful experience anywhere let alone a hair salon. I had originally scheduled a consultation to get my extensions ordered and Kirsten canceled the appointment the day of. I also made an appointment to get my extensions put in, showed up the day of and then 4 minutes before my appointment as I was already there got a text from Kirsten letting me know that the people who she ordered my hair from had sent the wrong color of hair. She had multiple days prior where she could have checked them instead of doing so the day of my appointment let alone 4 minutes before I was supposed to go in. This should have been my first red flag but I didn’t think much of it. A few days later the correct color of extensions arrived and I was able to get them put in. I thought everything w

Kirsten is spectacular. She is so thorough and thoughtful when asking what you want, because she wants it to be perfect. The atmosphere in the salon is amazing, I feel so welcomed. Not to mention she KILLED it with my hair, it looks amazing!

Kirsten has been doing my hair/extensions for months and she never misses. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! Also the studio has a great environment to be in. Love everything about it!
