Salon Lofts

I would like to express my disappointment with the cancellation of my appointment today with Devin Sutherland. I understand that schedules can change, but I was disappointed that she chose to notify me via text message only an hour before my scheduled time. A phone call would have been a more professional and courteous way to handle the situation. I had rearranged my own schedule to accommodate the appointment, and her suggestion to look at a different salon in the same plaza was not helpful. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to any Salon Loft in the future.

Had a great experience with Tena . Wash , cut , color and blow dry. She is the sweetest and my hair came out amazing. I have really thin hair but after the blow dry it was bouncy and full of volume. A++++

I was looking for a new salon. I made an appointment and received a text from Lucero asking if I could come in an hour later than scheduled. When I arrived at that time I sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes without being greeted. I sent her a text to let her know that couldn’t wait much longer seeing as since it was now about two hours after my scheduled appointment time and an hour after she rescheduled the time. She came out and said that they would be closing and I should reschedule my appointment because her current appointment was taking longer than she expected. Nope! That was the most unprofessional dumpster fire I have had to be a part of.

Anna Voulgaris is the best colorist in the area! She us so knowledgeable & is very nice. She communicates well, listens and to your requests, and has years of service/experience. She is very reasonable with her prices, not over inflated. She also has darling jewelry/clothes in her shop! Don't hesitate to call her. I drive from Englewood to see her. I've been to people who say they know coloring, but clearly don't. Anna most definitely, does!

I had my first appointment with Kristi today and I will definitely be returning to her regularly. I neglected my hair for about a year, it was a red/violet color and had faded to a brown-red and the ends were DEAD (if you’ve ever had red hair, then you know you have to keep up with it about every 6 weeks). She brought my hair back to life!! It’s so healthy now and a beautiful shade of red! She’s a very talented, Knowledgeable, pleasant lady and I will be referring everyone I can to her! Oh and her loft space was very clean!!
