Salon Lofts

My mother had a horrible experience with Kandi. She told her she just wanted a trim and she took 4 inches off without her permission!!!! Just a huge chop. She couldn't style it, it laid AWFUL, do. not. recommend. It took her 3 MONTHS to grow it out and had to get it fixed by a different stylist . Steer clear of this lady ‼️ She was awfully rude to my mom when she had brought up how she CHOPPED MY MOMS HAIR UP. 0/10 this lady is just nasty and unprofessional.

Julie is great! She always fits people in when she can! She is very sweet. She makes sure she gives you what you are wanting!

They charge you to take off polish. I am sick & tired of these places charging for each individual step on top of the bar charge. What does the $40 pedicure cover if it's not

Dee Urbanas did a great job! I was indecisive on what I wanted to do and which color I wanted, so I was feeling a little anxious. She made me feel comfortable and gave me a lot of great information on how to care for my new hairstyle. She was aware I was afraid of damage to my scalp/hair (having not done this before) and took care to minimize damage. Price seemed very reasonable also. Too bad I forgot to take before & after photos. Only downside is that the layout of the Lofts is odd. The walls of each loft do not go all the way up to the ceiling, so you can clearly hear what everyone is saying in the lofts next to you. FYI for those with allergies - when I went, her (very cute and friendly) service dog was also hanging out in the loft. Also - avoid Heather Page! Heed all of the bad rev

I needed my brows done. I decided I wanted a powder Brow. Made an appt. with Inna. Loft 12. From the moment I met her I knew I was in the right place. She is very professional. She listened to what I wanted, explained every step she made. Talk to me consulted with me all the way through. Very clean very hygienic. My brows look great. This is day three for me, no pain, no redness they are still a little darker than they will be but they look great. I'm very pleased with the service I received and I highly recommend lnna loft 12. Inna is an artist. I am so pleased that I found her.
