Salon Lofts

Brooke is THE BEST. She has been cutting my hair for years and always does a great job. Its easy to book appointments on her schedule and I enjoy chatting with her.

I had an appointment the other morning at 11:30 at the salon lofts and Reynoldstown in Atlanta Georgia. I received a confirmation text via the salon lofts automated service that my appointment was confirmed. When I showed up that morning to the appointment I texted my beautician if I was able to come upstairs. I did not receive a reply for over 10 minutes. I then called the beautician multiple times and finally after the fourth attempt she picked up and said that she no longer works for the loft. I went upstairs to confirm she was not there and her salon was completely empty. I found no phone number to call for anyone to assist me. I had to urgently call other salons in the area for assistance. I did eventually find a customer support email. I emailed them, but they were of no help. Firs

Belina is very professional and friendly. I was in loft #8 and it was clean(sterilized as per COVID guidelines). We had good conversation and spent wonderful time with her. Her technique of using wax is amazing(it wasn’t that hurtful) I would like to go back for the services and recommend it too :)

I was looking for that person who specialize in natural hair care and Amanda Young is who I found and continue to go to!!! Her professionalism and knowledge of the different hair cares made me feel comfortable and confident all the way around. I always refer my outside Real Estate clients to Amanda and Salon Lofts Reynoldstown Memorial. What a great closing gift for them to enjoy an amazing experience "Professional, Clean and Relaxation"!!!

Belina is the BEST in the business!!!! My first wax with someone else was a train wreck.... but Belina made me a believer in Brazillion waxes again. She explains the process and makes it super easy!!! Thanks for being so amazing. I was once very scared of the process, but with Belina it is Easy Like Sunday Morning!!!! 😁
