Salon LaLa

Salon LaLa is a wonderful experience. Staff are top at their trade and the salon is clean and pleasant. I have been seeing Kerry for years and would never consider going anywhere else for my hair needs. I have enjoyed every hair treatment available. She has provided me with excellent keratin treatments. Kerry is also an expert colorist and has kept my highlights and roots looking awesome for years. You will not find a more consistent and exacting hair stylist. My cuts are always done to perfection. I have also enjoyed many spa pedicures from Cindy. She provides the best massage, both soothing and relaxing all followed by superb looking nails. Do yourself a favor and book with Kerry for expert hair care and Cindy for the most relaxing pedicure ever!

I have been to this salon before and went back recently. I got a haircut and mani/pedi. I am very happy with the results - the service was affordable and the results were outstanding. Kerry and Cindy are really good at what they do

The two ladies at this place are so sweet. Cindy did my nails for my wedding, and I absolutely loved them. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, but she guided me in a slightly different direction for something better suited to my skin tone and finger shape. She was totally right! She is a perfectionist and really knows her stuff. I got so many compliments on the nails. It was my first time getting nail tips, and I think they lasted well considering we were in the ocean a lot. Also, the prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend and I will be back.

**Disappointed by lack of transparency – be sure to ask questions before booking** I purchased a Groupon for a keratin treatment and trim and called the salon to book my appointment. I drove 30 minutes and showed up a week later, only to be told there would be an additional $80 charge because my hair is below my shoulders. The stylist then dropped the extra charge to $60 which I still felt was unreasonable as this was never mentioned during the booking call. It seemed very subjective and I wish that extra charge guidelines were laid out beforehand. Since I had purchased the Groupon the week prior, Groupon was unable to refund me. I’m waiting to hear back from them to see what else they can do. The salon itself seemed clean and nice, but this felt like a bait and switch. What should’ve b

She charged me extra $ on what we agreed with over the phone. Also, she did a very bad job with my nail. It was very sloppy/choppy and it took forever for her to paint it. I do not recommend this salon.
