Salon Kroma

Let me start by saying my visit to the salon was a complete disappointment. Upon arriving for my appointment with Stephanie, I was met with indifference. She barely acknowledged my presence, offering vague assurances of her imminent arrival. In contrast, the assistant was notably pleasant she was super nice .Unfortunately, Stephanie's lack of both customer service skills and styling expertise became painfully apparent. Despite my clear request to trim my dead ends, she opted for layers that only made my already thin hair look even worse, resembling strings. The cut was shockingly uneven; I genuinely believe I could have done a better job myself.As if that wasn't enough, the color she promised would stay put washed out after just one wash. I have been taking son to Salon Kroma to get his hair cut with Gail for a little over 2 years. She does a wonderful job and is so nice as well as the rest of the staff. We're always greeted so warmly and it's a very nice salon. I recommend giving them a try.

If you are thinking about visiting this salon, this is your sign to GO! Christina and her entire team are absolutely lovely and wonderful at what they do. Salon is clean, pricing is fair and service is excellent. 10/10 recommend. 🩷

I had an excellent experience at Salon Kroma! The staff was very warm and inviting. I bleached my hair and home and had the definition of a hair emergency. They fit me in the next day and colorist Marinna worked miracles fixing my hair. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a professional cut/color.

I love Kroma. They are friendly and very talented!!! They always try to accommodate you. I love Marinna and Gail but everyone is good. They did my hair and makeup for my daughter's wedding and I looked great!!!
