Salon Johna's Spa on Waterman

My appointment was rushed, she didn't talk to me much and the salon was a bit dirty with hair in the grooves of the mirrors and on the floor. I got a cut, color, and highlights and was booted out in an hour and a half. That's the shortest time I've ever spent in a salon for those services. My hair was colored too dark, the highlights hardly show up, and it was barely cut - certainly not the short layered textured cut I asked for. She looked at my picture exactly once and didn't look at it again even when I asked if she was sure she had it. I've also been shedding hair nonstop since I went here and I can't do anything with it. Never again.

I found Salon Johna via Groupon and it was one of those golden finds I constantly brag about. I have been seeing Sara for a little over a year. She takes her time and makes sure I am satisfied. She has done trims, highlights, and deep conditioning. Very affordable and close to home.
