Oh my godddddd Bridgette was amazing! She really took care of me and walked me through everything step by step so I understood what was going on. She’s so knowledgeable honest and meticulous, She just knew exactly what to do without me having to say much, truly a professional I’d trust her with my hair any day. I’m officially the perfect lived in blonde I’ve been looking for and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Plus, she’s hilarious and makes the whole experience so fun. Ok! First off, I cannot say enough nice things about this salon. The minute I walked in I was greeted by a happy and bubbly Theresa. The minute you walk in it’s a warm, fun, and exciting environment. They make you feel like family. I had Megan and Alexa, they took such good care of me. Megan did not rush me, she took her time to get to know my likes and listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. All of these women are extremely professional and friendly. Megan, Theresa, Karina, Alexa, Bridget were all AMAZING. For 19 years I’ve been going to Bedford Brooklyn to get my hair done - but the hairdresser retired so you can imagine I was very nervous trying somewhere new. I just got my hair done by Bridgette at J Bella Salon and I am so impressed! She exceeded every expectation I had — my hair came out absolutely perfect. On top of her incredible talent, Bridgette is such a wonderful person to spend the day with. She made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I came to J. Bella under very stressful circumstances. I had been through chemotherapy, and my hair was growing back and I got hair extensions and it was a terrible situation. I came to J. Bella in need of help, and they did not disappoint. Bridgette was very nice and did everything she could to make me feel better. She was professional and caring. Rachel and Alexia were very helpful. The owner Teresa was very kind as well. If you want expertly done hair extensions and someone who will be honest, Bridgette is your person!
