I was visiting New Haven from out of town for a wedding and booked an appointment with Erin for an updo. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic! Erin was incredibly professional and thoughtful—she asked about my time constraints, whether the event was outdoors, and other details to ensure the style would hold up perfectly. She worked efficiently, and I was out the door in under an hour with a beautiful updo that exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the result, and I highly recommend Erin and this salon to anyone looking for great service and amazing results. Thank you for making me feel confident and wedding-ready!

I had my hair cut by Talia Rufrano, and it was honestly a disaster from start to finish. I’m not even sure she’s ever actually learned how to cut hair. She was completely rushing, had a terrible attitude, and made me feel like I was wasting her time. I showed clear pictures and said I just wanted a small trim — she ended up chopping my hair way too short, almost like a buzz cut. It’s uneven, sloppy, and nothing like what I asked for. The whole experience felt unprofessional and careless. I would never go back here. Honestly, Supercuts would do a better job than this place.

If you need a haircut and color in New Haven this is your spot !!! Bella is AWESOME and was a magician with my hair. I love it. I wanted just a trim and a tiny bit of balayage and she did amazing exactly what I wanted. The staff are all wonderful as well :) Highly recommend but it’s a bit pricy just to set expectations !!

Cute little salon. Friendly staff. They only take tips in cash or on venmo. Close to Yale hospital.

Had Bella do my hair, and she did an absolutely amazing job. She was super sweet and kind too, and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Will definitely be coming back! The staff is friendly, as well.
