They completely fried my hair in 2022 and it still hasn’t recovered. The stylist botched my highlighting it was patchy and chunky. When I went back the stylist ( I believe her name was Rae) tried convincing me it was fine. I made it clear that I wasn’t happy. After a bit of back and forth we decided to make the highlights a bit a darker ( a light brown) so the patches wouldn’t be as noticeable. She proceeded to dye my hair pitch black. I cried so much when I got home and haven’t gotten my hair done since. Both times she definitely left the product on too long. The texture of my hair hasn’t been the same since I went here.

We love Salon JM! Every time we walk in we are greeted with such pleasant greetings from all the stylists. My daughter and I love coming to the salon. Our stylist is Rae and she gives my (7) year old daughter such an amazing salon experience. My daughter always leaves loving her new hairstyle. Rae has also done highlights for me. My highlights are always done beautifully I always get complements on them even months after the service! We have found our forever salon!

My wife and mother in law used a groupon and had a wonderful experience. Heather and Rae were both very attentive and kind, asked if they wanted coffee or tea, if they were comfortable and even if the water was too hot when they were washing their hair. My wife says they are very pleased with how both the color and hair cuts came out. Will definitely recommend to others.

My mother and I came in for a girls' day and had a great time. The staff is so nice and welcoming and the salon itself is beautiful. My mother got a blow out and her stylist asked her how she wanted the blow out to look (with a wave, a curl, or pin straight) which was excellent because my mom is pretty picky! I came in and got my hair trimmed and dyed by Sherilyn. She was amazing. She was attentive to my hair issues/goals, gave me treatments accordingly to repair/protect it from damage, and got the perfect ashy brown that I've been wanting. She did a balayage so it blends out perfectly as my hair grows pretty quick, and the trim looks so good! My prior hair dresser over processed my hair so it was a bit dry and it made me nervous to get it dyed again but Sherilyn knew exactly what to do! T

The place is cold and very loud. You hear gym noises and music practices. The whole experience did not feel relaxing at all. Heather was doing my hair. She had a very unfriendly and unwelcoming face. She did not even make an effort to smile the whole time. The cut was just mediocre. I had to even out my hair a couple of spots once I got home. The blow dry came out very flat. I would not return there again even if I was offered a Groupon.
