Salon Inspire

I booked a color melt service and brought in a photo of the look I wanted. I was told that the exact style would require a different service, so the stylist showed me alternative photos of what she could achieve. I selected one of those options, and she expressed confidence in delivering that result. After 4½ hours in the chair, the finished product did not resemble what we discussed. There is a large, uneven blonde section on the left side, while on the right side the blonde sits underneath red tones. The placement is not balanced or blended evenly on both sides. Additionally, the blonde that was meant to melt into the red appears to have missed the red tone in areas, leaving it looking dull and grey rather than seamlessly blended. The overall result looks inconsistent and unintentional.

Today was my first time to this salon. My experience was Amazing! Pamela did a transformational cut for me today. We cut off 10" for me to donate. Pamela was friendly and listened to my desired new cut and style. She executed perfectly. Thank you so much! All staff was friendly, the salon was clean and well lit, and everyone seemed to be smiling.

I love Jessica. My hair has absolutely never looked or felt better. She never rushes and makes sure that I feel so pampered. She starts every appointment with a color consultation. She iis an artist and that translates to her extensive knowledge of color. There is no guesswork on her part. I know that whatever color she decides to use will be exactly what I want. We are so fortunate to have her expertise here in the Northland.

I got a blowout from Amanda last week, and after a few years of receiving blowouts on my long, thick hair, I think this is the best one I’ve ever had. Amanda worked confidently and skillfully, pinning my hair as she blew out each piece into round brush curls so it would set. The curls looked amazing when they initially came out, and although they fell within a few hours as is normal for a blowout (vs using a curling iron, which holds longer), it gave my hair the exact look I was going for. From arrival to departure the appointment was 1 hr 45 mins. Having someone else wash and blow out my hair in under 2 hours is worth every penny, as something like this would take me 3+ hours and not look half as good. My appointment with Jessica was amazing! She really listened and chose a plan that was best for the health of my hair. She took the time to make sure I was happy with the results. You could tell she had extensive product knowledge and expertise because she was able to identify exactly what went wrong with a different stylist. I look forward to booking with her again to get back to my hair goals.
