UPDATE June 2025: I left my initial review of 5 stars in Jan 2025 after two experiences. In June of 2025 I have changed my rating. I brought two photos of myself with past hair cuts to get just a cut. In these photos I showed curtain bangs and a short angular bob. She snipped them super thin, short bangs, leaving them limp, and almost laughing at them. She added layers to the bob, without my consent, not asking if I wanted them. Several times, as I recall my past appointments, when I would ask her to alter course, such as when I asked her to make the hair cut shorter (which ended up too short), she would assure me she wasn’t finished yet and that I couldnt see what she was seeing.
