I called ahead to ask for the price of an all-over hair color and was given one price over the phone. I confirmed and booked the appointment, and the person I spoke to was helpful and scheduled me for the next day. At the appointment, the stylist was kind, and I clearly explained and even showed a photo of the color I wanted. I specifically said I didn’t want a dark base and definitely not a reddish tone. However, the final result was a very dark brown — completely different from what I asked for. Additionally, after washing my hair, they didn’t dry it, and I left with dye all over my ear and my piercings stained dark brown, which I had to clean myself. Sabrina did a great job on my haircut and blowout! She asked me lots of questions and really took her time to ensure I had a great experience!!

Katie did an excellent job listening to what I wanted and the results are a beautiful. Great base color single process and perfectly placed and balanced highlights, no big streaks. She always does a great blowout on my very curly hair. The bonus is she's very friendly and easy to talk with. Highly recommend!
