I am so pleased with my cut & color! Haydee really took the time to listen and was very attentive, kind and is extremely skillful in her coloring technique. I love my balayage and hair cut so much and am looking forward to using her for services in the future! Salon Halo was also a professional atmosphere with snacks and water available to their clients. I was happy there wasn’t gossip talk around the room like some of the other salons I’ve been to prior. Thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience since the moment I walked in till I left. Amaya greated me fabulous. My appointment with Abigail excited my experience. I love the way she treated my hair for a wash and blow. The products she used on my hair were right on. I will not wash my hair for 5days if I can last that long. I will definitely be back. Jessie gave me the best blowout I’ve ever had in my life. No exaggeration, I have been to nearly every salon for weekly blowouts for four years now and she was the best I’ve had. And the experience was so much more intentional, personalized, and mindful than other salons. 10/10 experience.

I initially came in as a model. I am naturally a medium to dark brunette, and my appointment was for a light brown, golden-blonde balayage. I was there almost the entire day about eight hours to complete the service. Afterward, I was encouraged to return in three months for what was described as a refresh, explaining that it would remove any brassiness and simply maintain the existing balayage. When I returned for that appointment, my hair was instead colored back to my natural dark brown, completely removing the balayage. This was not what had been explained to me or what I had agreed to. When I expressed my concerns, the response from the staff was unkind and dismissive, and there was no willingness to take responsibility or offer a meaningful solution. Haydee was an absolute godsend — not only did she save my hair, but she gave me a look I didn’t even know I wanted. I came in with an idea, and she turned it into a reality beyond my expectations.
