Salon Gautier & Head Spa

Today I got to experience a very relaxing head spa at Salon Gautier. I highly suggest if you’re looking for something to treat yourself and have a relaxing day I would definitely go here. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting and they make you feel like family. The girls are super nice and friendly and doing an amazing job.I also took my niece which is nine for her birthday so she could enjoy this and she said it was one of the best experiences she’s ever had! They also have different beds one that massages you… One that is like hot stones… And some better just nice and comfortable and heated… Please go give these girls a try. It will be the best thing you’ve ever treated yourself with.

This place was stellar. The most incredible experience from the moment I called, the team was so warm and helpful – they genuinely care about you. I went in for a scalp analysis because my hair has been super oily and flaky lately, and what they did for me was absolutely amazing. Cece took care of me and she is an angel. She gave me the most thorough scalp treatment and scrub, followed by a double shampoo and mask. I got to lay back on their heated bed while she worked it was so soothing— red light is good for aches too. Tina (the owner) came in and blow-dried my hair with a vacuum dryer… dried my thick 3ft long hair in minutes! The whole Head Spa treatment – the exfoliation, the pre-soak, the steam – worked wonders for my hair. It smells great, feels great, and looks great, dandruff gone!

Let me start out by saying this place is very cute and has the potential to be excellent. The treatment itself did what it was supposed to, my scalp feels super clean and my hair feels nice and soft. The scalp analysis was really cool as well and seeing the difference in the before and after. Here are some things that I would suggest on improving as a Spa owner myself and working at spas for over a decade and from a clients perspective. Starting out with appointment reminders. I booked this over two weeks ago and almost forgot. All booking systems these days have automated reminders that help keep client appointments and diminish no shows. Staff should be more welcoming and communicate more with clients. I felt a little weird the whole time cause there was no personal connection made. I f
