Salon Exclusive

This was my first salon experience and I want to start off by saying these women were incredibly kind. They offered to go get me food or a drink they even offered me a ride home since my appointment was from 5pm-9pm. Also my payment went through 2x but didn't show up the next day and she paid it back. So if this was about their hospitality and general atmosphere it would be a 5 star review but this is about what I asked for and the job done. I asked for a pastel muted seafoam and got a neon blue. I showed reference pictures and asked "are you sure you can do it?" And she said yes. Later when the color was applied it looked super dark and so I asked if it would dry like that and she said no. LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about this salon! It was my first experience at this salon and they did not disappoint! Karen done my cut and color and had me looking better than my reference picture. Cynthia is the best stylist in all of NWA! She always makes sure to take her time and makes sure the process doesn’t damage my hair. She’s an expert in hair coloring.

I don’t think Cynthia has a clue how to cut hair at all. She butchered my daughter’s hair and it took 1.5 hours I’m not exaggerating. Never going back
