DONT BOOK WITH TOM!!! I went in with long, U shaped, and blended layers hair and came out with a V cut I didn't ask for, choppy cuts, and 3-4 inches off. Tom had did my hair and did NOTHING of what i asked him. I told him to keep the length and shape, and i only needed a trim with maximum of 1 inch off. The second he told me my hair was done it was extremely choppy, uneven, and so much shorter than I wanted it to be. I told him to please fix the choppy layers and even out the side. He later cut another inch off and the layers didn't even look good. I asked him again then he blamed it on my hair not being straight and itll look good straightened... I have naturally straight hair.

Tom clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He chopped my hair shorter than what I asked for and left me with uneven, badly blended layers, he straighten my straight hair then charge me for styling ….. I’m frustrated and now stuck fixing a mistake I didn’t ask for.

Rachel Louise is amazing. Seriously, I've never had a better experience at a salon. After my last visit at a different salon, I was really scared to get my hair done again. Rachel was so sweet and walked me through the process of everything she was doing, always making sure I felt comfortable. The color turned out exactly like I wanted. I'm so impressed. Since then, I get so many compliments and everyone asks where I get my hair done. I would highly recommend salon etc.

I've been seeing Rachel Cajda for years and she is the best and is VERY consistent with the quality in service and hair color, cut and treatments such as keratin. I'm very particular and she always does an outstanding job. Not only is she kind and considerate but she will make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. Never disappoints!
