Sandra is legitimately a pro. I’ve never had a better brow, lash lift, or hair treatment. Plus she has friendly, light energy and the shop is clean. Highly recommend.
This was such an AWFUL experience. I went with a friend. First, my friend wanted a red balayage and they dyed her entire head of hair a bright red as well as her neck, ears, and clothes. The dye DIDNT come out. Thanks a lot. Second, I went in for a SIMPLE HAIR WASH. Very straightforward, not even a cut. A WASH. And they still messed it up. The lady who did my hair yanked so much and wasn’t gentle at all. She took out at least 3/8 of my hairs! Don’t even get me started on the nasty comments. She said my hair was too long and that I shouldn’t go to a salon to get it washed. She said I should wash my hair at home and then come to a salon. Excuse me? I’ve never had this problem before. She also has the audacity to say I should TAKE ALL OF MY HAIR OFF (be bald) because my hair is TOO HARD TO MA
