I’m a hairstylist myself, and I’m writing this on behalf of my sister, who honestly doesn’t know much about hair. She was completely taken advantage of by Jessica, and I’m shocked that someone who’s been doing hair this long would let a client walk out looking the way she did and actually charge her for it. If Jessica has really been doing hair as long as she says, she should know what she’s doing by now. Even looking at her Instagram, you can tell her work lacks integrity and skill and that says a lot. Taking a look at the reviews, it’s clear that Jessica has multiple negative reviews about her work. Why isn’t this being addressed? Why is she still allowed to keep doing this to paying clients? Ventured out to a new place after using my guy for 20+ years and wasn’t able to get me in in time. This place is right by my house and I searched and read through the reviews which were pretty good overall. Decided to take a chance and made an appointment with Christy. She said she worked on hair that is fine, thinning etc which is me! I let her cut the bad stuff off and style the hair. Looks sooo much healthier! I didn’t want to do layers since my hair has some breakage and trying to grow it out. She was understanding and worked with me. It’s been over a year since I had a haircut just due to other factors. I went to Jessica Hebner she was referred to me by a friend. I went in with a really bad cut and color I had gotten elsewhere 3 days prior. She made me look amazing, she took her time and she is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this salon and Jessica to anyone.

Jessica is AMAZING! She’s super flexible and always makes an effort to get me in when my crazy schedule allows it. She’s an unbelievable colorist. My hair stays vibrant weeks after dying and people are always complementing the different shades and dimension she adds to my hair. Absolutely love her and I’m so happy I found this salon 💜

I got a haircut at salon encore , I believe w Jessica was her name. I looked at reviews and it had great reviews and the inside was beautiful however when I got my haircut it was way shorter then I had asked for or showed reference pictures of. but I overlooked it bc the cut was still nice. She did style it with curls so I didn’t notice that my left side was noticeably shorter then my right side until my hair was straight. with that being said I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service that I received. as it’s pretty noticeable and bothersome.
