I got a Brazilian blowout here on September 25th, and unfortunately, the results only lasted about 5 weeks before my hair went completely back to normal (which I was promised would be up to 6 months). Before the service, I specifically asked the stylist how long the treatment should last, and she told me it would be around 6 months. I confirmed this again to be sure since I had upcoming events where I wanted my hair to be frizz-free. Also, why pay $300 just for a treatment that would only be a month long? Ironically, not only did the treatment not last, but it actually damaged my hair, leaving it drier than before and causing noticeable hair loss and turning my hair super orange. When I called the salon about 5 weeks later to explain what happened, I was told someone would get back to me,

I recently got my highlights and a keratin treatment from Fara and she was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I was nervous because I had never dyed my hair however she made everything so seamless. I fell in love with how my turned out and I will never go to anyone else but her! Can’t recommend her enough

This place is HORRIBLE!! Johnny totally screwed up my long hair!! He burnt my ear so bad it blisterd and my hair so bad I had to have 7 inches cut off!! Then he tried to blame on the water I use to wash my hair. The other stylist in the salon did nothing. The manager never came over to me to apologize or to help. My mother was a stylist for 25 years and ran 5 salons she would have NEVER let a customer leave being as hurt and disappointed as I was today. See for yourself the kinda work Johnny does.

Lovely place, Fara is very professional, makes it look easy. Love my hair cut and highlights. Will be back :)
