Salon Eleven

I truly had the dream team for my bridal party hair and makeup. Shanelle and Jill handled hair, and Julia and Devan did makeup each of them incredibly talented and genuinely kind. Devan also cut and colored my hair prior to the wedding and absolutely crushed it! They worked together seamlessly, like a perfectly choreographed team, taking their time to ensure quality while still being efficient. They were able to complete a large bridal party with time to spare. Their presence brought such positive energy to a day that can often feel stressful. I felt absolutely beautiful, and so did my bridal party. I highly recommend hiring them, especially for your big day!

I hate leaving negative reviews, especially when the staff are nice. But I rely really heavily on reviews when I choose a salon so I think it’s important to share. I went in for a cut and color. My hair cut came out great, but after my color I noticed having far more “baby hairs” than I’d ever had before. At first I thought maybe my hair was just staticky from the blow dry but upon further examination that night I realized all the hair that’s short are the highlights that were added towards the front of my hair line. I’ve gotten highlights many times before and have never had this happen. They are all in the front of my head. When I flatten them they look like choppy short thin bangs. I’m applying product to hopefully lessen their appearance and flatten them down, but it definitely isn’t g

I got a lob/bob at another salon and really didn't like the way the cut looked. I didn't want to go back to the person who cut it, so I read some reviews and wound up calling Salon Eleven. The person who I spoke to on the phone was so nice - she listened to my concerns, talked to a stylist and called me back, and they wound up squeezing me in for a "micro trim" the next day to fix the uneven part of the cut. I was nervous to get more hair cut, but Victoria explained exactly why my cut wasn't working (without bashing the other stylist/salon!) and walked me through how to fix it. She did a great job and was also really friendly and kind. Excellent service all around - highly recommend and I will be going back!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon and the girls that work here! I have been a client of Jill for years and and she always does an amazing job. My highlights and haircuts are always perfect and I come out of the salon feeling so beautiful! The environment is friendly and welcoming! I have also had my hair done by Alana who does incredible work as well! We love this salon and these stylists so much that both my sister and I had Jill and Alanna as our hair stylists for our weddings this summer! Every bridesmaid and the MOB and MOG were all very happy with their updo's! I definitely recommend going to Salon Eleven you will not be disappointed!

Julia is a fantastic! I don't typically make good hair decisions so I leave those decisions up to her and she always knows what's best. I get lots of compliments on my highlights. Everyone is always very friendly, and makes sure you're comfortable. Definitely would recommend to others
