Salon East

This salon is gorgeous! I was so happy to get a last minute appointment for cut and color with Natalia before a trip and she did an amazing job, especially with my blunt cut. Great to have such a city-like salon experience in my hometown!

I really wanted to have a good first experience at Salon East, but unfortunately it was the opposite. My original and first appointment on Friday was cancelled just two hours before I was supposed to arrive. I was then told to come in on Monday, but I never received a confirmation of the appointment change — after checking their website on my own, I realized the salon is actually closed on Mondays. To make it even more confusing, the stylist I was booked with doesn’t even work Mondays; her schedule is only Wednesday and Friday in the Easton location. The lack of communication and organization was incredibly disappointing, especially as a new customer. Kasey is absolutely amazing! Her balayage work is flawless—so natural and beautifully blended—and the cut and style made me feel like myself again, which is especially meaningful postpartum. I walked out feeling refreshed, confident, and like the best version of myself. I can’t recommend Kasey enough!

Best salon in the burbs! I’ve been lucky enough to see Taylor for 5+ years now, mostly at their Salon in Southie. Since I had my son, I’ve been looking for a salon a bit closer to home that gives that luxury city feel. Lucky for me, they opened another salon!! I LOVE East … a gorgeous experience start to finish and wonderful customer service. I see Taylor or Olivia depending on scheduling. I’ve had blowouts from some other stylists as well for weddings / work events. Everyone does a fantastic job.

I've been really happy with my transition to Salon East. I sadly left my longtime stylist for logistical reasons (moving, new baby, etc.) and decided to give Salon East a try since it's closer to home. The salon itself is so cute and makes getting your hair done feel like pampering. Brenna does a great job with short hair - not easy to find someone who does! She shared products for my hair, too, that have worked really well.
