She listened closely to what I wanted and provided thoughtful feedback throughout, making me feel comfortable and confident in her hands. It’s not always easy to find someone who truly understands your style, especially when you’re trusting them with someone you love. Today I brought my mom back to a place she already liked, and once again, the experience did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, respected, and well taken care of. Nona has been doing my bleach and tone since I started college, and I have been a loyal customer for years now. She has kept me a consistent platinum blonde for years and my hair always looks fantastic. Not a single band or issue with my hair ever, it always turns out exactly how I want it. She has the sweetest heart and loves to hear about my life updates. Genuinely the best stylist I've ever been to. I've had issues with the front desk mixing up scheduling with me, and they have always been quick to fix the issue. Absolutely love this salon and will continue to come back for years to come. **Update: Salon Dulay has reached out to me and has been amazing. This experience was not the usual 5 star service. That being said, I will go back again, have been going to this salon since it first opened. I have always had an amazing experience and have also referred friends. I’m sad to say my visit recently was disappointing. I was there 4 hours for a trim and partial highlight. I could not believe it took that long. I sat at the shampoo bowl for what seemed like forever. I know the toner takes a bit but I think they were wasting time as the stylist was running late. I get that it was busy and can understand running behind. However, finally I was seated at the waiting chair and left with a wet towel on my head that fell off. My hair was a ratted mess. No one came to check on me or app

Luna was amazing! Not only was she super sweet and friendly, but I love my new hair. I also loved the extra touch at the end of my hair wash. I showed her a reference picture of what I wanted to do and she nailed it. 10/10 would recommend Luna ✨
