I had such a great experience with Charlene! My hair was already permed from another salon, so I was nervous about getting highlights, but Charlene took amazing care of me. She did a test strand first just to make sure my hair wouldn’t get fried and kept checking on it the whole time. The highlights came out super pretty and my curls are still healthy. Definitely recommend Charlene if you want someone who really knows what they're doing!
