I've been going to Brittany for nearly 6 yrs now . Always amazing , and really great when it comes to my weird requests. I do not trust anyone with my hair , she has truly spoiled me . Don't get me started on lexi ,who can add braid hair like nothing you've ever seen!! Blows my mind !!!

I don't know Brittany personally, although, I brought my Daughter, (now a graduate of continental school of beauty) there to ask for an internship when in her 2nd year of her cosmetology class at the tech school program in Mexico, NY. Brittany stated she'd love to! Gave my daughter the tour with details..then preceded to ghost my daughter, and dodge phone calls from my daughters internship dept at her technical school. Broke my Daughters heart, as she was looking forward to the experience. The fake excited response with the tour and details of how the experience would be that she received from Brittany personally, was eye opening for my daughter, as she hadn't experienced this level of deceitful character in a supposed professional atmosphere before. Heavily disappointed. I hate to be the one to write this review. My college roommate was a hair dresser, my best friend an esthetician (out of state) and I have my own customer-satisfaction-focused job. So when things like this happen, I really try to look at the situation from all angles and be as understanding as possible. But in this case I’m struggling. Because over a week ago, I scheduled an eyebrow wax for this morning at 10am. I used the scheduling software on the salon’s website. I specifically had this time available because it was on my way to work, and 2 days before my birthday (so they would look nice!)
