Salon Divas Latinas

I recently had a keratin treatment at Divas Latinas, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I was quoted $150 over the phone, but when it came time to check out, they charged me $300. When I asked about the price difference, the stylist laughed and said, "Oh, the receptionist doesn’t speak English very well, that’s probably why she gave you the wrong price." I was shocked and frustrated. My appointment was also incredibly delayed. Despite having an appointment, I waited an hour and 45 minutes before being seen, and I ended up spending five hours there in total. The salon has no structure, and from what I saw, many of the staff aren’t even licensed. During the treatment, my scalp was burning, and they over-processed my hair. The BEST salon I have ever went to. Staff is amazing. I dont speak Spanish but fortunately a few spoke English. You have to get there early because it is first come first serve. Loved the color and cut!

Been coming to them for almost 17 years. They transition my hair from a relaxer to natural and its been healthier than I could ever imagine.

The wait is long but the results are worth it. I went to a high end salon in Summerville for highlights and coloring and the salon completely over processed my hair and ruined the color job. After 3 months of absolutely hating my hair I came here and they did an amazing job getting rid of the over processed hair. My hair feels healthy and silky again! Also the way Bel cut my hair made my highlights look a million times better.

Janiece was freaking amazing!!!! This was my daughter's first time in a salon and she was not only informative but helpful in regards to the care of my daughter's hair. She took her time and answered questions not to mention giving me a mini tutorial on how to wrap her hair at night! We even came up with a game plan for continued care of her hair to include what would be the best style for her during the summer. So glad I made that phone call and was able to get right in. Thank you so much Divas Latina for making my daughter's hair beautiful!!!!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!!! Simply an amazing salon!
