I have been a loyal client of Salon D’Ingianni for many years, and every visit has been a consistently excellent experience. All of the stylists are professional, and friendly. I see Mallory for my eyebrows and Jamie for my hair, and both do an outstanding job. Mallory is especially meticulous. She does a wonderful job shaping my brows and balancing my scar so that it’s barely noticeable. When I see other stylists, the results have always been equally satisfactory. The salon is beautiful and relaxing provides a welcoming atmosphere where everyone is happy. I highly recommend Salon D’Ingianni.

I can’t say enough good things about Salon D’Ingianni! From the moment you walk in, you feel so welcomed. The salon is spotless, stylish, and has such a friendly vibe. Jamie is amazing with color. She really listened to what I wanted and gave great suggestions. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my color! The products smelled incredible and left my hair feeling soft and healthy. The whole experience feels super high-end, yet it’s right here in Harahan.

I didn’t get what I asked for. Went back and tried to give the opportunity to make it right and was met with rudeness and excuses by the owner. I expected a lot more from this place. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it and I’m not happy. If they couldn’t do what I wanted they should have told me up front. Super disappointing. Paid way too much to be this unhappy and have the salon treat me like I did something wrong. I gave inspo pics and even went in prior for a consultation. Response: the color that I added was always part of the plan that was discussed with your stylist ahead of time. I have been doing my own vivid color for a long time and only very specific sections of the hair were touched and have nothing to do with why my hair came out terrible. Your response really outrages
