I stopped by this salon on Saturday around 7 PM, even though their Google hours said they close at 9 PM. The stylist told me she was already working on her last client of the day and then asked me to come back on Monday instead. I told her I couldn’t, but honestly, if I had been available Monday, I wouldn’t have come in on a Saturday evening asking for service. I left feeling frustrated. If walk-ins or last clients are cut off much earlier, the hours should reflect that or at least be clearly communicated. It’s inconvenient for customers to show up expecting service and be turned away like that.
This place is amazing! Very clean and well kept. All stylists are experienced and creative. The owner is wonderful and very friendly.
Andrea is the lady to go to!! Soo happy and pleased with my hair!!! All smiles!! I more than recommend her! You will not be disappointed!! She was awesome!!
