Always a terrific experience at this Salon from the minute you enter and are greeted by the friendly staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Carol Grandaw is my Stylist and she always keeps my hair looking just right! She keeps my wild eyebrows in control too. I'll continue here because everyone genuinely wants to do a great job for their clients.

Bailey excels in color and my haircut lasted a long time, in my spite of my very quick growing hair. I don’t know how she works her magic, placing the different shades in my hair with such precision, but magic it is! I’ve never been able to tolerate letting my white hair show, but now I have inches of natural color that blends so well with the rest of the color it’s not shocking…I love it!

Took my daughters to get hair cuts today. One was okay, the other ones hair was just butchered…as you can see it is uneven, and just I am at a loss of words. The hairstylist did not wet their hair, nor parted in sections to get an even haircut throughout. Once I have them a shower I was able to see many uneven spots….good person, great attitude but the hairstyle and cut was what I went in for…and now it looks like an absolute mess. However, I returned to the salon and they fixed my oldest daughters hair, but they could not fix my youngest daughter’s, we will just have to wait to grow it out.

Poor customer service; tried more than 2weeks ahead to reschedule an appointment and Ashley ( the admin!) simply tells me that it is very hard to reschedule at this time of the year (December) and the next appointment available is In 2 months without even checking with the hair stylist.

this is the only place I will ever let anyone touch my hair. never disappointed. they always take good care of me and treat me like a friend.
