Sue is absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to her for about 17 years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She’s given some of my boys their very first haircuts and has also helped my daughter with her hair. She’s someone I completely trust with my hair—and my family’s too! I couldn’t recommend her more.

My daughter and I loved Brenna. We thought she was great and she did my daughters hair just how she asked and my hair looks amazing and she even gave me tips on how to style it.

This is the best salon in Rapid City. I get cut color extensions waxing and spray tan. Never have I in 4 years been disappointed. All the stylists are amazing.

Went in to get sewn in hair extensions with Sue, which took 6 HOURS. Had to cut them out THE SAME NIGHT because of how bumpy, and bulky they were. I had to have a friend take out the beads which ended up in her CUTTING A PIECE OF MY HAIR OUT because the hair extension bead was clamped down so much that it wouldn’t come out. I then texted her explaining my concern which ended in her saying she has a no refund policy, which I was unaware of and nothing is posted stating. along with the text messages she offered me PAYING for new hair extensions. She wouldn’t even compromise and give me half of my money back. I paid $318 that I have nothing to show for which was suppose to be for my WEDDING.

I've been going to Sue for about 5 years. She does an awesome job on my hair...makes me feel beautiful. She's professional and very friendly. I enjoy being treated like a queen. 😊
