Salon De' LUXE

Came here had an appointment with Andrea. Had a consolation with her for a sew in then made an appointment for the next day on line for first available appointment. Went and bought the hair I needed and came back the next day for my appointment. Got there she wasn't there. Waited for 30 mins for her to come back just to be told she thought my appointment was later and was doing someone else hair. She asked me to wait but of course im not waiting an hour when I made an appoontment. Wouldn't recommend her at all due to non time management and situational awareness.

I was set to get married in 3 days and my stylist unexpectedly cancelled. I was unable to prepare myself and my bridesmaids for my special day. This hurt me to the core! Thanks to Salon De’luxe me and all of my girls were able to get the beauty services we needed, in order to prepare for my big one. It wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for stylist here by the name of crystal who I was referenced to by my sister and grateful to had been be referenced to❤️ We appreciate her so much for saving all of us and everyone looked so good!!!

This shop RUINED my hair and then laughed about it. I showed the lady crystal a picture and she told me she could do it, then I had to coach her and she asked to see the picture 100 times even though I had text it to her own phone and she could have had it on there andproped it up. I couldn't breath while she was cutting because she was dumping all the hair on my face. I went in the second day my hair was still on their floor from the previous day. She said she would fix could fix my hair, even admitted to me she cut up to high on one side and that the hair cut was a bowl cut! And she created a bald spot and TORE up my neck with her old ragged clippers then covered my neck in RUBBING ALCOHOL! I had to say it was fine and leave because she was ruining it even more. What a fabulous little shop! Followed our braid girl Nikki here from another salon and while my 10 year old daughter got box braids, I sat there for 6 hours. Never a dull moment though! The energy in this place is amazing and friendly. I was the only white person there but it didn't matter! We all talked and joked like old friends! Nikki is amazing with braids and even more so with kids. She does great work at very reasonable prices which is why we keep coming back again and again!
