I paid $380 for a copper hair color service after providing specific reference photos and discussing the desired tone in detail. I was assured the requested color could be achieved. The final result was substantially different from what was agreed upon. The color produced was brassy and uneven and did not resemble the reference photos provided prior to the service. Additionally, my hair was left damaged, becoming noticeably dry, brittle, and rough in texture compared to its condition before the appointment. I contacted the salon to request a correction or refund and was not offered an acceptable resolution. The staff was very sweet and welcoming. I paid $65 for a wash and haircut. It looked nice when I left because it was styled, but after washing it and wearing it straight, I noticed the layers don’t blend as well as I expected. One side of the face framing feels disconnected and the bottom looks slightly uneven when worn naturally. I don’t style my hair often, so I was hoping it would fall nicely on its own. I’ll probably need to have it refined elsewhere.

Rosie did my haircut and also the head spa services. She did a great job and I’m very happy with it! I will definitely be looking forward to seeing her again soon for my hair services.

I came here for Lip Blush and I’m honestly not satisfied with the service. The lady said my lips would peel and that I would see better results after 4 weeks. My lips did peel after two days, but after that, nothing changed. It’s already been 4 weeks, and there’s still no improvement. It was a waste of money and time. Not worth coming here.
