Salon CoCoLo

I’m Korean, and finding a salon in the U.S. that truly understands Asian hair and Korean styles has always been a challenge — until now. I’m so happy we finally have a Korean salon in Huntsville that gets it! Even though I didn’t get the head spa this time, I saw the setup and immediately recognized it — it’s the same type of Korean head spa I used to go to back home. Just knowing they offer that level of authentic care made me so excited to come back for it later. What really impressed me was how well they understood Korean hair textures, layers, and face shapes. The stylist knew exactly what would complement my features and gave me a cut that looks effortlessly natural and polished — not overly styled, just beautifully balanced, like you’d see in Seoul. Missy/ Salon CoColo is hands down the best hairdresser in Madison with the most beautiful salon! The space is beautifully designed, with a cool ambiance that makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Missy is super friendly and amazing with kids as well. Great new location for a fantastic hair stylist! Misook has been taking care of my hair for the past few years at the previous salon, and now solo at her new place Salon CoCoLo. When you find a great stylist, you follow her! She is one of the few stylists I've found who actually "listen" to what you want for your hair, and offers other options if you're open to them. Her new salon is beautiful. So much light, and comfy chairs, for both stations and waiting area. Do yourself a favor, and check out Salon CoCoLo!
